Founded in 1896, National Academy of Arts is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Sofia (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Sofia City. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Bulgaria, National Academy of Arts (NAA) is a very small coeducational Bulgarian higher education institution. National Academy of Arts (NAA) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. This 126 years old Bulgarian higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations and students' past academic record and grades. NAA also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
