Founded in 1991, National Academy of Arts of the Kyrgyz Republic is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Bishkek (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Kyrgyzstan, National Academy of Arts of the Kyrgyz Republic (NAAKR) is a very small coeducational Kyrgyzstani higher education institution. National Academy of Arts of the Kyrgyz Republic (NAAKR) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. NAAKR also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, housing, sports facilities, financial aids and/or scholarships, as well as administrative services.
