Established in 1991, National Institute of Education is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Phnom Penh (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of Cambodia, National Institute of Education (NIE) is a coeducational Cambodian higher education institution. National Institute of Education (NIE) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. NIE also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
