Founded in 1991, National University of Science and Technology is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the suburban setting of the large city of Bulawayo (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants), Matabeleland North. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Higher and Tertiary Education of Zimbabwe, National University of Science and Technology (NUST) is a medium-sized coeducational Zimbabwean higher education institution. National University of Science and Technology (NUST) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. This 31 years old Zimbabwean higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on students' past academic record and grades.
