Founded in 2013, Nile Source Polytechnic of Applied Arts is a private higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Butare (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Southern Province. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education of Rwanda, Nile Source Polytechnic of Applied Arts (NSPA) is a coeducational Rwandan higher education institution. Nile Source Polytechnic of Applied Arts (NSPA) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study.
