Founded in 2014, Ninevah University is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Mosul (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Nineveh. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research of Iraq, Ninevah University (NU) is a very small coeducational Iraqi higher education institution. Ninevah University (NU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees in several areas of study. This 8 years old Iraqi higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on students' past academic record and grades. NU also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, housing, as well as administrative services.
