Established in 1945, O'zbekiston Davlat San'at va Madaniyat Instituti (Uzbekistan State Institute of Arts and Culture) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Tashkent (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants). This institution also has a branch campus in Nukus.
