Established in 1930, Odessa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Odesa (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Odessa Oblast. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Odessa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture (OSACEA) is a coeducational Ukrainian higher education institution. Odessa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture (OSACEA) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. OSACEA also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
