Oruj Institute of Higher Education is a for-profit private higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Kabul (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education of Afghanistan, Oruj Institute of Higher Education (OIHE) is a women only Afghan higher education institution. Oruj Institute of Higher Education (OIHE) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study.
