Founded in 2006, Palestine Ahliya University is a private higher-education institution located in the large town of Bethlehem (population range of 10,000-49,999 inhabitants), West Bank. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education of the Palestinian Territory, Palestine Ahliya University (PAU) is a small coeducational Palestinian higher education institution. Palestine Ahliya University (PAU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation), bachelor degrees in several areas of study. International students are welcome to apply for enrollment. PAU also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, sports facilities, financial aids and/or scholarships, study abroad and exchange programs, as well as administrative services.
