Founded in 2009, Panha Chiet University is a private higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Phnom Penh (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of Cambodia, Panha Chiet University (PCU) is a coeducational Cambodian higher education institution. Panha Chiet University (PCU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. PCU also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
