Founded in 1958, Penza State University of Architecture and Construction is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the large city of Penza (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants), Penza Oblast. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, Penza State University of Architecture and Construction is a small coeducational Russian higher education institution.
