Founded in 2002, Phitsanulok University is a private higher-education institution located in the small city of Phitsanulok (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation of Thailand, Phitsanulok University (PLU) is a coeducational Thai higher education institution. Phitsanulok University (PLU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study.
