Established in 2006, Preah Sihanouk Raja Buddhist University is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Phnom Penh (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants). This institution also has branch campuses in the following locations: Kampong Cham, Battambang. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Cults and Religion of Cambodia, Preah Sihanouk Raja Buddhist University (PSRBU) is a coeducational Cambodian higher education institution. Preah Sihanouk Raja Buddhist University (PSRBU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. PSRBU also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
