Founded in 2010, Protestant Institute of Arts and Social Sciences is a private higher-education institution located in the medium city of Huye (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Southern Province. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education of Rwanda, Protestant Institute of Arts and Social Sciences (PIASS) is a coeducational Rwandan higher education institution formally affiliated with the Christian-Protestant religion. Protestant Institute of Arts and Social Sciences (PIASS) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. PIASS also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
