Founded in 2006, Ras al-Khaimah Medical and Health Sciences University is a private higher-education institution located in the medium city of Ras al-Khaimah (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants). Officially licensed by the Ministry of Education of the United Arab Emirates, Ras al-Khaimah Medical and Health Sciences University (RAKMHSU) is a coeducational Emirati higher education institution.
