Founded in 1995, Red Sea University is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the medium city of Port Sudan (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Red Sea. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Sudan, Red Sea University (RSU) is a coeducational Sudanese higher education institution. Red Sea University (RSU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. RSU also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
