Established in 1962, Romblon State University is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the large town of Odiongan (population range of 10,000-49,999 inhabitants), Mimaropa. Officially recognized by the Commission on Higher Education of the Philippines, Romblon State University (RSU) is a coeducational Philippine higher education institution. Romblon State University (RSU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. RSU also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
