Established in 1965, Royal Academy of Cambodia is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Phnom Penh (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of Cambodia, Royal Academy of Cambodia (RAC) is a coeducational Cambodian higher education institution. Royal Academy of Cambodia (RAC) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. RAC also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
