Founded in 1779, Russian State Institute of Performing Arts is a higher-education institution located in the large metropolis of Saint Petersburg (population range of over 5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, Russian State Institute of Performing Arts is a very small coeducational Russian higher education institution.
