Established in 1955, Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences is a higher-education institution located in the small city of Sabzevar (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Razavi Khorasan. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Health and Medical Education of Iran, Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences is a coeducational Iranian higher education institution. Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees in several areas of study.
