Founded in 1989, Sakushin Gakuin University is a private higher-education institution located in the large city of Utsunomiya (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants), Tochigi. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan, Sakushin Gakuin University is a coeducational Japanese higher education institution.
