Founded in 1970, Sana'a University is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Sana'a (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Sanaa. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Yemen, Sana'a University (SU) is a very large coeducational Yemeni higher education institution. Sana'a University (SU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. SU also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
