Founded in 1956, Science and Arts University is a non-profit private higher-education institution located in the medium city of Yazd (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of Iran, Science and Arts University (SAU) is a small coeducational Iranian higher education institution. Science and Arts University (SAU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. SAU also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
