Established in 2003, Scientific College of Design is a private higher-education institution located in the large city of Mutrah (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants), Muscat. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation of the Sultanate of Oman, Scientific College of Design (SCD) is a coeducational Omani higher education institution. Scientific College of Design (SCD) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. SCD also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
