Established in 1978, Seisa Dohto University is a private higher-education institution located in the small city of Kitahiroshima (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Hokkaido. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan, Seisa Dohto University (SDU) is a coeducational Japanese higher education institution. Seisa Dohto University (SDU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study.
