Founded in 1991, Semyung University is a private higher-education institution located in the small city of Jecheon (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), North Chungcheong. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education of Korea, Semyung University is a coeducational South Korean higher education institution. Semyung University offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. Semyung University also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, housing, financial aids and/or scholarships, as well as administrative services.
