Founded in 1954, Seoul Jangsin University is a private higher-education institution located in the small city of Gwangju (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Gyeonggi. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education of Korea, Seoul Jangsin University (SJS) is a coeducational South Korean higher education institution formally affiliated with the Christian-Protestant religion. Seoul Jangsin University (SJS) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. SJS also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, housing, sports facilities, financial aids and/or scholarships, study abroad and exchange programs, as well as administrative services.
