Founded in 1970, Shenkar College of Engineering and Design is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the urban setting of the small city of Ramat Gan (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Tel Aviv District. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education of Israel, Shenkar College of Engineering and Design is a small coeducational Israeli higher education institution.
