Established in 1951, Shenyang Normal University is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the suburban setting of the large metropolis of Shenyang (population range of over 5,000,000 inhabitants), Liaoning. Officially recognized by the Educational Department of Liaoning Province, Shenyang Normal University (SYNU) is a large coeducational Chinese higher education institution.
