Established in 1862, St. Petersburg State Conservatory is a higher-education institution located in the large metropolis of Saint Petersburg (population range of over 5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, St. Petersburg State Conservatory is a very small coeducational Russian higher education institution. St. Petersburg State Conservatory offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. International applicants are eligible to apply for enrollment. St. Petersburg State Conservatory also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, housing, as well as administrative services.
