Founded in 1920, State University of Intellectual Technologies and Communications is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Odesa (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Odessa Oblast. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, State University of Intellectual Technologies and Communications is a medium-sized coeducational Ukrainian higher education institution. State University of Intellectual Technologies and Communications offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. State University of Intellectual Technologies and Communications also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
