Established in 1999, Tabriz Islamic Art University is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Tabriz (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), East Azerbaijan. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of Iran, Tabriz Islamic Art University is a coeducational Iranian higher education institution formally affiliated with the Islamic religion. Tabriz Islamic Art University offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. Tabriz Islamic Art University also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, sports facilities, as well as administrative services.
