Founded in 1925, Tenri University is a private higher-education institution located in the small city of Tenri (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Nara. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan, Tenri University is a coeducational Japanese higher education institution. Tenri University offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. International students are welcome to apply for enrollment. Tenri University also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
