Established in 1999, The Far Eastern University is a private higher-education institution located in the small city of Chiang Mai (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation of Thailand, The Far Eastern University (FEU) is a coeducational Thai higher education institution. The Far Eastern University (FEU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. FEU also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
