Founded in 2004, The University of Nizwa is a non-profit private higher-education institution located in the suburban setting of the small city of Nizwa (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Ad Dakhiliyah. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation of the Sultanate of Oman, The University of Nizwa (UofN) is a small coeducational Omani higher education institution.
