Established in 2008, Tishk International University is a private higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Erbil (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Kurdistan. This institution also has a branch campus in Sulaimani. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Tishk International University (TIU) is a coeducational Iraqi higher education institution. Tishk International University (TIU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. TIU also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
