Founded in 1983, Tokiwa University is a private higher-education institution located in the medium city of Mito (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Ibaraki. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan, Tokiwa University is a coeducational Japanese higher education institution. Tokiwa University offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. International students are welcome to apply for enrollment.
