Established in 1988, Tokoha University is a private higher-education institution located in the large city of Hamamatsu (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants), Shizuoka. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan, Tokoha University is a coeducational Japanese higher education institution formally affiliated with the Buddhist religion. Tokoha University offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study.
