Founded in 1932, Toshkent To'qimachilik va Yengil Sanoat Instituti (Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the urban setting of the metropolis of Tashkent (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Toshkent To'qimachilik va Yengil Sanoat Instituti (TITLI) is a small coeducational Uzbekistani higher education institution.
