Founded in 1992, TransWorld University is a private higher-education institution located in the small city of Douliu (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Yunlin County. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education of Taiwan, TransWorld University (TWU) is a coeducational Taiwanese higher education institution. TransWorld University (TWU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation), bachelor degrees, master degrees in several areas of study.
