Established in 1938, Tula State Pedagogical University is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the medium city of Tula (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Tula Oblast. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, Tula State Pedagogical University (TSPU) is a small coeducational Russian higher education institution. Tula State Pedagogical University (TSPU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study.
