Founded in 1992, U1 University is a private higher-education institution located in the large town of Yeongdong-gun (population range of 10,000-49,999 inhabitants), North Chungcheong. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education of Korea, U1 University (U1) is a coeducational South Korean higher education institution. U1 University (U1) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. U1 also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, housing, as well as administrative services.
