Established in 1996, Universidad Alas Peruanas (Alas Peruanas University) is a private higher-education institution located in the large metropolis of Lima (population range of over 5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministerio de Educación, Peru (Ministry of Education of Peru), Universidad Alas Peruanas (UAP) is a coeducational Peruvian higher education institution. Universidad Alas Peruanas (UAP) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. UAP also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
