Established in 1984, Universidad Andina del Cusco (Andean University of Cusco) is a private higher-education institution located in the medium city of Cusco (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministerio de Educación, Peru (Ministry of Education of Peru), Universidad Andina del Cusco (UAC) is a coeducational Peruvian higher education institution. Universidad Andina del Cusco (UAC) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. International applicants are eligible to apply for enrollment. UAC also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
