Founded in 2001, Universidad Autónoma Intercultural de Sinaloa (Autonomous Intercultural University of Sinaloa) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the small city of El Fuerte (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Sinaloa.
