Established in 1967, Universidad de Ciencias Médicas de Camagüey (Medical University of Camagüey) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the medium city of Camagüey (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Camaguey. Officially recognized by the Ministerio de Salud Pública, Cuba (Ministry of Public Health of Cuba), Universidad de Ciencias Médicas de Camagüey (UCMC) is a small coeducational Cuban higher education institution.
