Established in 1868, Universidad de Sta. Isabel (Sta. Isabel University) is a private higher-education institution located in the small city of Naga City (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Bicol Region. Officially recognized by the Commission on Higher Education of the Philippines, Universidad de Sta. Isabel (USI) is a coeducational Philippine higher education institution formally affiliated with the Christian-Catholic religion. Universidad de Sta.
