Founded in 2010, Universidad del Este (Eastern University) is a private higher-education institution located in the large city of La Plata (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants), Buenos Aires. Officially recognized by the Ministerio de Educación, Cultura, Ciencia y Tecnología, Argentina (Ministry of Education, Culture, Science and Technology of Argentina), Universidad del Este (UDE) is a coeducational Argentine higher education institution.
