Established in 1994, Universidad Evangélica del Paraguay (Evangelical University of Paraguay) is a non-profit private higher-education institution located in the large city of Asunción (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants), Asuncion. Officially recognized by the Consejo Nacional de Educación Superior, Paraguay (National Council of Higher Education of Paraguay), Universidad Evangélica del Paraguay (UEP) is a very small coeducational Paraguayan higher education institution formally affiliated with the Christian-Evangelical religion. Universidad Evangélica del Paraguay (UEP) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation), bachelor degrees in several areas of study. UEP also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
